Your Agent, Lynn
Lynn Broyles has been a part of the Greeneville Community for most of her life, and Greene County will always be her true home town. Lynn is married to Greeneville native Andy Broyles, and they have four children. Lynn graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville from the College of Architecture with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Interior Design. After college, Lynn practiced design in New York City and Savannah, Georgia before returning to work in Knoxville, Tennessee. Once their children came along, Andy and Lynn moved back to Greeneville to fulfill the dream to raise children in this family friendly community. Once here, Lynn’s design focus shifted to residential and smaller commercial design, as well as custom home building.
Throughout this transition she learned how much she loved working with people to create the home of their dreams. She often worked with potential buyers and sellers to renovate and stage homes to prepare for either buying or selling their homes. Once her children were older, Lynn decided to focus on real estate and joined the professionals at Greeneville Real Estate and Auction Team. Lynn is anxious to serve her community and help people find their forever homes here in Greeneville. The Broyles family attend Asbury United Methodist Church and Lynn has been an active member of the local school support organizations with all of her children and the Greeneville Arts Council.
